Bathroom clutter

Professional organizer Linda Koopersmith offers these tips on how to organize your bathroom to help keep it clutter-free.

. Start with the drawers. Once they are organized, move to the counter. Use organizational cosmetic containers or even small boxes to place the cosmetics according to size in the drawers. Place the containers back into the drawer and see how the drawer takes on a completely new look. It's one you will enjoy waking up to in the morning.

. After organizing the drawers, move on to the cabinets. This is the step in which you'll probably discover a lot of duplicate possessions and repeat purchases. Once you see what you have, it will save you time and money, because you won't continue to buy more.

. Now, begin to put things away from the countertops. A wonderful type of organizer to get is one that swings out so that you can utilize the space around the pipes to help store some of the items that normally clutter the countertop
